Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Operations Engineer to maintain
the reliability, security, and efficiency of its IT infrastructure
and services.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for all IT-related requests
and inquiries
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues for laptops, displays, and
peripherals
Create and maintain documentation of common troubleshooting
procedures and technical solutions
Required Qualifications
Experience in providing technical support in a macOS
environment
Experience managing user accounts and access with SaaS applications
like Okta, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Azure
Knowledgeable in SaaS application administration
Excited to learn and approach problems from first principles
Fluent in English
