Job Description:

A company is looking for Remote Moderators to handle remote calls and surveys with study participants from the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct remote calls and surveys with participants weekly
Report to the project team and maintain consistent communication
Participate in training sessions prior to project commencement

Required Qualifications

Proficient in the English language
Good customer service skills
Familiarity with iOS is required
Must have a personal laptop or computer
Ability to work on US time and weekends
