Key Responsibilities
Design, create, and test high-converting ad creatives
Analyze performance metrics and optimize ad campaigns
Stay updated on industry trends and experiment with new ad
formats
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in performance marketing
2-3 years of experience in ad creative development
Strong proficiency in performance data analytics
Any degree in a STEM field is preferred
Experience in D2C performance marketing is a plus
