home days are on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Our in-office
days are on Tuesdays and Thursdays to facilitate team bonding and

seeking an Administrative Assistant who is highly organized,
detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. The
successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced
environment and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
effectively.As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key
role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of
our office.Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Supply Chain Team and Product Team with
detail-oriented data entry
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Assisting with product inspection and quality control
- Organizing computer folders, files, and documents
- Providing general administrative support to the office and team
members
- Assisting with team eventsRequired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative or data entry
role
