Learn more by visiting and Position Summary:The role of Senior Analyst Finance Co-Pilot will report to the Senior Manager Beverage Solutions Finance Co-pilot and will be responsible for supportingthe Out of Home Beverage Solutions Marketing team as a strategic business partner. The role provides financial insight and fact based decision making support for the business planning and reporting cycles.

The role provides a great opportunity to be a business partner by providing the team with accurate and timely financial information and analyses, making and implementing sound recommendations to profitably grow the business, as well as optimizing existing product portfolios. You will operate as a key Co-Pilot resource, supporting the Senior Finance Manager in streamlining processes and implementing standard methodologies across the businesses. Key areas of responsibility include new product feasibility, business portfolio optimization, and commercial investment return on investment analyses, ongoing business reviews, and special projects.

You have the ability to think strategically while dealing with complexity, be comfortable with ambiguity, prioritize workload efficiently in an environment of competing objectives, and effectively interact, collaborate and communicate across multiple functions to promote alignment and influence business results.Responsibilities:Supports Period End Close (PEC) processes, ensure P&L financial integrity/accuracy, performs variance analysis to inform future forecasting (YTD performance/YTG forecasting)Operates as a key lead resource, supporting the Senior Finance Manager in streamlining processes and implementing best practices across the businesses. Key areas include new product/product renovation feasibility, business optimization, commercial investment ROI analyses, and ongoing business reviews.Provides decision support to marketing team and senior management. Supports business with accurate financial analysis of new product proposals.Supports the Monthly Business Planning process and works closely with cross functional business partners to understand key inputs for Dynamic Forecast, risks and opportunities to forecast, and makes recommendations to improve forecast accuracy.New product feasibility and business case development: Works with a broad cross-functional team including Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, Technical & Production, Research & Development, and other Finance groups to translate assumptions into sound financials.Assists with adhoc requests & projects that may include but not limited to streamline or automate processes, reduce business or process complexities or waste, implement new processes, evaluate new product platform / channel / customer strategies, and perform advanced excel modeling, etc.Requirements:BA/BS with major in Finance,Accounting, or comparable3+experience in Finance Management/AccountingProficiency in use of Microsoft applications (Excel- Advanced, Word, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of SmartView, SAP and B/WFoodservice or CPG industry experience, preferredNice to have: CPA, CMA, CFM, CCE or MBASkills:Ability to understand and communicate the drivers of product profit and lossIntermediate to advanced financial modeling skillsKnowledge of the principles of cost accounting and activity-based costingIdeal candidate has an end-to-end business mindset, is results focused, a self-starter with high initiative, naturally inquisitive, able to think independently and has a desire to make a differenceStrong financial and analytical skills; ability to draw conclusions from information and develop recommendationsCommitment to deliver accurate financial analytics with first time quality and high level of thought leadership in all workPartner with customers/cross-functional teams to drive business results and meet deliverables; ability to influence business decisions with concrete financial supportDraw conclusions from information and develop recommendations; critically important to be able to deliver the message to non-finance professionalsCommunicate effectively and professionally in written and verbal form, including presentation skillsManage/organize time, information, and resources effectively to meet deadlines and respond to requests in a timely mannerRecommend possible strategic courses of action to capitalize on business opportunitiesApply good judgment and professional integrity in decision-makingRequisition ID:332435#LI-hybrid#LI-MR1It is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.
