Job Description:
A company is looking for a Finance Manager who will support
program staff in financial processes and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure integrity of budget and forecast data for assigned
departments
Collaborate with budget managers to create, manage, and update
departmental budgets
Provide guidance on expense coding practices and assist with
proposal budget development
Required Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related
field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of financial/accounting experience in a nonprofit
organization
Direct experience in nonprofit budgeting and variance reporting
Strong financial systems expertise, including general ledger and
budgeting systems
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of other Microsoft
Office programs
