Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Representative to manage
medical billing and collections tasks remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Research payer guidelines for processing appeals and claims
Analyze denied claims and communicate with members or providers for
resolution
Utilize automation tools to verify eligibility and claim status
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in medical accounts receivable or
billing/collections
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work full-time shifts between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
Must reside within the Central or Eastern Time Zone
