Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Representative - National
Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform collecting, reconciliation, research, and correspondence
for accounts
Reconcile complex, multi-payment accounts and submit appeal letters
on underpaid claims
Provide excellent customer service to patients, providers, and
internal clients while resolving billing issues
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of experience with healthcare billing and/or
collections
Experience in working with commercial follow-up claims
Ability to work any shift between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST, Monday -
Friday
